What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Managing all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding logistics
- Processing bi-weekly payroll and administering benefits through ADP
- Ensuring legal and regulatory HR compliance and reporting
- Leading new employee orientations and maintaining accurate HR records
- Supporting employee safety, wellness, and welfare initiatives
- Acting as the primary HR contact across all departments
- Performing internal HR audits and assisting with special projects as assigned
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems
- Practical knowledge of benefits administration processes
- Audit experience in HR or compliance-related functions
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with precision and integrity
