Human Resources Coordinator

What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

Managing all recruiting, hiring, and onboarding logistics Processing bi-weekly payroll and administering benefits through ADP Ensuring legal and regulatory HR compliance and reporting Leading new employee orientations and maintaining accurate HR records Supporting employee safety, wellness, and welfare initiatives Acting as the primary HR contact across all departments Performing internal HR audits and assisting with special projects as assigned What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems Practical knowledge of benefits administration processes Audit experience in HR or compliance-related functions Proven ability to manage confidential information with precision and integrity
