Cleaning Technician
The Cleaning Technician will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. Specifically, they will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties/Responsibilities: Dust and clean ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces. Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors. Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products. Use vacuum equipment to clean carpets, perform additional treatments (i.e. shampoo carpets, stain-removal) as needed. Dispose of trash from bins and containers. Polish furniture and room accessories as needed. Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms. Keep all public spaces neat and tidy. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. Report repairs and replacements when encountered on job. Perform ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned.
