Title: Workforce Software (WFS) Analyst Location: ALTA is supporting a 6-month contract to start with the option of working 100% remotely. Description: Pay is $75 – $90 based on experience. Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and improve overall HR processes. Job Responsibilities : Lead Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Integration, and Reporting implementations. Conduct strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly. Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with business goals and compliance needs. Enable standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality. Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team. Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), payroll parallel testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live. Collaborate with other SF module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations. Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of WFS. Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in WFS and system analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance. Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise. Job Requirements : 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) implementations. Experience with USA & Canada implementations is required; experience in other countries is an added advantage. Expertise and certification in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration Experience in Absence Compliance, Job Scheduling, and Forecasting/Demand Scheduling (preferred). Experience in Time integrations with Payroll (SAP SF ECP), Benefits, and other Systems. Interact and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining professionalism. Flexibility to learn additional SuccessFactors modules and work with senior consultants for skill development. Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines. Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlines. Ability and willingness to travel as necessary to achieve business objectives. Exhibits the ability to work both in a team environment and independently. Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process management skills. Demonstrated high-level communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization. Ability to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to evolving assignments. Knowledge of current trends and process solutions to address business needs. Seniority level
