We empower scientists and clinicians developing diagnostic assays for commercial labs and diagnostic manufacturers. Our reagents including enzymes, proteins, antibodies, and cofactors, are critical for shaping innovative diagnostic solutions and improving patient outcomes. We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Marketing Manager to accelerate business growth in the U.S. market. The Product Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution for our general and molecular diagnostic reagents portfolio in the U.S. market. This role requires commercial acumen, technical expertise, and cross-functional to drive business growth, via generating market demand by marketing activities, empowering the sales team with training and support, and collaborating with the global product team for the diagnostic product portfolio management. Job Facts: Lead U.S. market growth and product management, including forecasting, pricing, back-order management, and launch planning. Build deep product expertise and partner with sales and logistics teams to ensure product sales support and supply availability. Participate in the market research to identify market gaps, evaluate competitor offerings, and capture customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop comprehensive marketing plans that incorporate regulatory requirements and market penetration strategies. Design and execute marketing strategies, participate in trade shows, and represent the company at customer meetings. Track product sales, revenue performance, and campaign ROI to evaluate and optimize marketing and sales strategies. Develop and implement a lead management system encompassing lead generation, nurturing, and transfer to sales. Work with marketing managers to analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements. Provide insights on business challenges, customer trends, and opportunities to senior management. Who You Are: You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, other life sciences, or business-related fields. You hold 5 years of product management, marketing, business, or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry. Preferred qualifications include a master's, MBA, or Ph.D. in molecular biology, life sciences, bioengineering, biochemistry, or related field. Experience within a B2B business environment is preferred. Background in life sciences with knowledge of reagents used in general or molecular diagnostics (e.g., nucleotides, enzymes, proteins, antibodies) is preferred. Strong foundation in molecular biology, cell biology, or biochemistry is preferred. Prior experience in B2B sales, marketing, or manufacturing in diagnostics or pharma-biotech is preferred. Willingness to travel across the U.S. (several days per month) and occasional international travel as needed. Ability to make independent decisions aligned with broader business and portfolio strategy. Location: This position is based onsite in our Indianapolis campus (3x per week minimum in office). No relocation benefits are provided for this role. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $97,800 - $181,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
