This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility in shifts from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, and occasional overtime may be needed.
We provide On-the-Job training tailored to your schedule, and it's conducted on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 70-80 incoming calls per day, assisting customers with their needs
Ask insightful questions and actively listen to ascertain customer issues, documenting necessary information
Conduct thorough research on complex issues using multiple databases, resolving customer concerns, and managing escalated cases
Schedule patient appointments and maintain up-to-date demographic information
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Aged 18 years or older
1+ years of customer service experience in an office, administrative, or clerical role utilizing phone and computer tools
Proficiency in computers and Windows applications
Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling during business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of healthcare experience
Familiarity with medical terminology
Soft Skills:
Typing speed of an average of 40 wpm
Exceptional listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers
Conflict resolution abilities, especially in stressful situations
Capability of troubleshooting IT/Computer issues independently
Compensation is competitive and based on various factors such as local labor markets and experience. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.00 - $27.69 based on full-time employment.
