Contract Role Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether its providing personalized product recommendations or sharing your knowledge and expertise, you have the power to create a unique and memorable experience for every shopper. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, its not just about selling soap its about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Experience:

Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the stores overall performance. Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening, identifying needs, and clearly communicating product benefits. Seek opportunities to make customers' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand:

Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement by hosting store events to drive traffic and engagement. Product Passion:

Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs.

Team Involvement

Development:

Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, seek feedback, and pursue opportunities to improve skills. DEIB:

Encourage open communication, value diverse perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging through teamwork and collaboration.

Operational Excellence

Time and Attendance:

Be punctual, reliable, and present. Participate in teamwork, manage breaks, and stay informed on company news. Visuals and Merchandising:

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience. Stock and Inventory:

Follow visual merchandising guidelines and adjust displays based on sales data. Policies and Procedures:

Adhere to opening/closing procedures, product integrity standards, a respectful workplace, and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics DEIB or social justice training and cross-cultural collaboration experience Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Pay:
