Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounts payable processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, supporting audits, improving accounting systems, and managing tax compliance and treasury functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential. Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze financial results, resolve variances, and identify trends.
• Manage accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, payment facilitation, and general ledger accuracy.
• Support audit process, liaise with auditors, and prepare audit requests.
• Enhance accounting systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency.
• Administer tax compliance, prepare 1099 statements, and manage treasury functions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Train staff and perform additional accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience; public accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and expense reporting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent time management.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Technology company experience a plus.
