We are seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Interact with clients and other disciplines to ensure project success.
Utilize AutoCAD while learning and applying Revit.
Engage in electrical design for commercial, industrial, and educational projects.
Design electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and lighting control systems for various project types.
Perform routine calculations such as sizing distribution equipment, feeders, and branch circuits.
Generate equipment schedules and code compliance documentation.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with 3+ years of experience.
3+ years of electrical engineering experience in commercial, industrial, and educational projects.
1-3 years of experience as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering for building power and lighting systems.
Working knowledge of building codes, NEC, and CA Title 24 requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industrial design, commercial building, and educational project environments.
Understanding of fire alarm systems and lighting control systems.
Familiarity with construction documents and code compliance.
Work Environment
This role offers a supportive and flexible work environment, initially requiring 3+ days in the office with 2+ remote days, with potential for more remote opportunities over time. The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
