Location: Fontana, CA or City of Industry, CA with flexible hours.

We are seeking a
Project Manager
to lead and execute key projects across multiple INTERNAL departments. This role is responsible for
PMO functions , ensuring structured project management, improving efficiency, driving cost-saving initiatives, and standardizing project execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to
push initiatives forward while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations . Key Responsibilities: PMO & Project Set Management: Oversee the departments
Project Management Office (PMO) work , ensuring effective project planning, execution, and governance. Develop, maintain, and standardize
project management processes
across teams. Project Planning & Execution: Formulate
project schedules, quality plans, and cost plans , ensuring alignment with business goals. Follow up on
project scope, deliverables, and resource needs
to ensure smooth execution. Project Monitoring & Risk Control: Track and
control project progress , ensuring timely execution. Provide
regular feedback to key stakeholders , identifying and resolving
risks early . Cross-Department Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Organize and lead meetings to
align teams, share workloads, and promote collaboration . Proactively
resolve resource constraints, scheduling issues, and operational bottlenecks . Project Standardization & Knowledge Management: Establish and improve
project management best practices, processes, and frameworks . Develop a
professional knowledge base
for standardizing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years
of experience in
project management and/or operational management
in Supply Chain, preferably in Contract Logistics. Mandarin skills preferred but not required. PMP certification or PMO experience is a plus. Strong ability to
drive structured project execution , improving efficiency and reducing costs. Proven experience in
cross-functional collaboration
and
problem-solving
across multiple teams. Excellent skills in
project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication . e-Commerce/Fulfillment Industry experience is a huge PLUS!
