JumpCrew is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing sales professionals, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Managers. The Recruiter will report directly to the Head of People Operations and play a vital role in driving JumpCrews rapid expansion. Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent requirements. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for sales positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Jobvite, and other talent acquisition platforms. Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates sales experience, and evaluate cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent to support ongoing hiring needs. Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates and diverse talent. Manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Track and report key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment processes. Participate in networking events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on high-volume sales hiring preferred. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and full-cycle recruiting. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
