None Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse, you will play a pivotal role in client management, ensuring successful solution implementation and driving project outcomes. You will lead project workstreams and engage with clients daily to foster collaboration and success. You will facilitate day-to-day operational meetings with client stakeholders and consulting leadership, ensuring alignment and progress on objectives. Your role will involve preparing and delivering organized, impactful reports and presentations tailored for both clients and internal executives. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the banking industry or in commercial financial services consulting. 3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: operational risk and big bank compliance, banking regulations and compliance, and current state assessments of risk and controls (including process mapping). Bachelor's degree. A strong ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-centered environment where priorities and scope can change rapidly. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both clients and colleagues. Willingness to travel up to 100% for client engagements as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Creative problem-solving abilities coupled with a collaborative mindset. A focus on exceptional quality across all deliverables. A proven track record of leading client service delivery teams to achieve high-quality results. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to generate timely, quality work with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with discrete, time-sensitive projects. A motivated, proactive, and dynamic attitude towards work and career development. High-energy and positive with a persuasive approach, equipped to lead by example. Desirable Skills: Prior experience in management consulting. Relevant certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc. MBA or MA/MS in a related discipline. Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 to $163,000.00, influenced by various factors including skills, experience, training, and certifications.
