The Brand Manager will serve as the general manager of the assigned brand or portfolio, leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, consumer insight, cross-functional leadership, and P&L ownership to bring our to life at the shelf and the table. Youll work closely with internal stakeholdersincluding Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Supply Chainas well as external agencies and partners to champion the brand and drive commercial success. Brand Manager , youll serve as the strategic and creative lead behind our extensive specialty food portfoliodeveloping and executing marketing plans, launching innovative products, and growing brand love across channels. Some of your duties may include: Strategic Brand Management Lead annual brand planning process: Develop strategic marketing plans, brand positioning, and financial forecasts. Own brand P&L, including revenue, margin, and marketing spend accountability. Monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategy or tactics. Own and evolve the brands positioning, voice, and personality in the market. Monitor cheese category trends, competitive moves, and consumer insights to guide strategy. Consumer Insight & Market Analysis Leverage syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) and primary research to understand consumer trends and category dynamics. Identify growth opportunities based on consumer behavior, competitive activity, and white space analysis. Visit major markets with local sales teams to identify and develop micro-marketing opportunities. Integrated Marketing Execution Lead development of advertising, digital, social, and shopper marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Collaborate with eCommerce and Retail Marketing teams to support omnichannel campaigns. Innovation & Product Management Partner with R&D and Innovation teams to develop and launch new products, line extensions, and packaging renovations. Conduct business case development, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch performance analysis. Lead product ideation with R&Dyes, there will be tastings! Own packaging development from concept to shelf. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as brand lead in cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing Build and present compelling business cases and strategic updates to senior leadership. Support the sales team with impactful tools, samples, and promotions. Travel for trade shows and brand presentations Required Qualifications

A passion for premium food, artisan products, and consumer experience. 37 years of progressive marketing or brand management experience in CPG. Demonstrated experience in P&L management and brand strategy development. Success in leading cross-functional projects and product launches. Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen/IRI, POS, and consumer panel data. Enthusiastic communication and presentation skills. Passion for brand-building, creativity, and innovation. Flexibility. Duties and demands will naturally change throughout the year, and surprises are inevitable. Preferred Skills

Strong business acumen and comfort owning a brand P&L. An eye for design and packaging trendsplus a creative spark. Excellent storytelling skills with a data-driven backbone.
