As a sustainability generalist, you will utilize your skills across ESG topics and sustainability broadly, analyzing client needs and providing consulting services across strategy, transformation, and reporting phases. You will build meaningful client relationships, learn to manage and inspire teams, and navigate complex situations. Embracing ambiguity, you will ask questions and use these opportunities for growth. As part of the sustainability team, you will contribute to consulting, corporate sustainability, and strategy projects. You will analyze complex problems, mentor colleagues, and maintain high standards while building client relationships. Engaging stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools, and demonstrating adaptability are key aspects of the role. Responsibilities
Contribute to sustainability consulting and strategy projects. Analyze issues and develop insightful solutions. Mentor team members to uphold standards. Build and maintain client relationships. Engage stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives. Use data visualization to communicate complex information. Prioritize and complete tasks effectively. Understand the business environment thoroughly. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. At least 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or strategy. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant fields such as Sustainable Resource Management, Economics, or Environmental Science. Certifications like GRI, ESRS, IFRS, ISO 14001, LEED, B Corp, or ESG frameworks. Experience in sustainability reporting and understanding of global regulations. Proficiency in data visualization and stakeholder engagement.
