Responsibilities Position is based primarily in an adult acute care and emergency department setting with potential floating to the main campus Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Main responsibilities include both CT and X-ray imaging Uses GE equipment as a CT Technologist Work schedule consists of night shifts, Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, but shifts may vary based on need Weekends may be required depending on census needs No on-call requirements Duties include performing CT and X-ray procedures for a diverse patient population in acute care and emergency department environments Occasional floating to the main campus may be required No block scheduling allowed First-time travelers will be considered only if they have strong experience and trauma level 1 and required equipment experience Annual and pre-start education modules must be completed onsite or at home Return travelers not allowed in the behavioral health department if they have worked there as a traveler for a year previously Modules are billable up to 8 hours Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist with documented X-ray experience Current BLS and ARRT (R)(CT) certifications required AZDHS certificate for X-ray/CT required Proficiency with GE imaging equipment Experience in trauma level 1 and teaching hospital settings preferred License required if applicable Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-612789.
