Responsibilities Position is in a hospital diagnostic imaging setting Performs computed tomography procedures for diagnostic purposes 12-hour day and evening shifts, including every 4th weekend and holiday rotation On-call rotation is required Potential to alternate shift times and float or flex hours as needed based on patient care demand Responsibilities include performing all diagnostic CT procedures, administering contrast media, and starting/maintaining IV access May be asked to perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, surgical, and portable exams if needed Provides patient education and ensures clinical history is properly documented for each procedure May provide practical instruction for students and partners Expected to follow universal protocols, aseptic technique, and maintain inventory for assigned area Facility requires adherence to all patient safety practices and may refuse or terminate assignments for cause Scrub or dress code requirements are facility specific Requirements Graduate of an accredited radiography program At least 2 years of CT experience required Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required BLS or BCLS certification required State radiography accreditation required (IEMA-DNS or equivalent); license required if applicable Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-610062.
