About the Role
Join a respected law firm that champions a supportive and high-performance culture. As a key member of our expanding Labor & Employment practice group, the Partner, Labor Relations will represent employers in various union-related matters, such as collective bargaining, NLRB proceedings, and labor strategy formulation. Your responsibilities will include leading effective collective bargaining negotiations, advising on NLRA compliance, guiding clients through union organizing campaigns, and representing them before the NLRB.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portable book of business exceeding $1M, a deep passion for strategic labor counseling, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage complex client relationships autonomously. You will thrive in this role by displaying initiative, humility, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal guidance.
This position requires an active law license in a specified state and expertise in collective bargaining, union representation campaigns, NLRB proceedings, and NLRA compliance.
