Labor Law Associate job opportunity. Client is seeking a midlevel Labor Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Labor Group. This role focuses on labor law (not employment law), and we are looking for candidates with relevant experience. Responsibilities
Represent clients in grievance arbitration hearings and unfair labor practice proceedings Advise clients on union organizing campaigns Support collective bargaining negotiations Provide management training on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) Collaborate with a national team of labor attorneys on complex matters Qualifications
