About the Role
The Company is a nationally recognized law firm with a strong focus on labor and employment. Attorneys are encouraged to independently develop niche practices and are supported by a respected platform in the labor and employment space. The firm is currently seeking an experienced Traditional Labor Partner to join its expanding Labor & Employment practice group. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing employers in a range of union-related matters, including collective bargaining, NLRB proceedings, and labor strategy. Key responsibilities for this role include leading collective bargaining negotiations, advising clients on NLRA compliance, guiding employers through union organizing campaigns, and representing clients before the NLRB. The ideal candidate will have a strong portable book of business, a passion for providing strategic labor counsel, and the ability to operate autonomously while managing complex client relationships.
Candidates for the Traditional Labor Partner position at the company must have an active license to practice law in one of the specified states and a minimum portable book of business of $1M. The role requires proven experience in collective bargaining, union representation campaigns, NLRB proceedings, and NLRA compliance. The candidate should be comfortable billing at competitive rates and have a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously.
