Manufacturing company is looking for an HR Generalist to join a collaborative HR team and help shape a positive, productive work environment across a diverse portfolio of brands. This individual will play a key role in talent support and internal operations, including hiring logistics, engagement programs, payroll coordination, compliance documentation, benefits administration, and employee development. With a focus on learning and growth initiatives, this role will partner closely with internal teams to support the full employee lifecycle. Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.
What You'll Do:
Team & Talent Support:
Maintain and organize employee records, assist with policy roll-out, act as a resource for HR questions, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding. Talent Acquisition Logistics:
Support hiring efforts through interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing, and collaborating with hiring managers. People Engagement & Culture:
Help plan initiatives to build morale, monitor feedback, and support workplace culture improvements. Reporting & Recordkeeping:
Prepare reports on headcount, payroll, and HR compliance; track training, onboarding metrics, and audit readiness. Payroll & Compensation Support:
Assist with payroll data entry, adjustments, and discrepancy resolution. Benefits & Compliance:
Support employee benefits programs, maintain compliance records, and assist with reporting obligations. Vendor & Invoice Oversight:
Monitor HR-related invoices, liaise with service providers. Learning & Development Focus:
Coordinate training schedules, monitor program effectiveness, and partner with team leads on skills development. Cross-Brand Collaboration:
Serve as an internal resource across business units, ensuring practice alignment and sharing insights. Travel:
Occasional travel (up to 10%) for team support and events. What You Bring:
BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience in a people operations or HR generalist role. Familiarity with full-cycle HR processes, including talent logistics, benefits, payroll, and compliance. Exposure to learning and development or compensation programs is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Note: Compensation is determined based on various factors including skills, experience, location, and organizational needs. The salary range is noted in this job posting where legally required.
