Compensation:
$140,000 at plan Responsibilities Guide sellers through the transaction process from listing to closing. Leverage team lead generation systems to identify listing opportunities. Collaborate with top producing agents to optimize listings and outcomes. Engage in coaching and apply proven tools to achieve listing success.
Qualifications
Real estate license or eligibility to obtain one (as required by jurisdiction). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a high-energy environment and manage multiple listings. Experience in real estate sales/listing is preferred.
