Associate Analytics Manager

In the role of Associate Manager, Advanced Analytics based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be responsible for developing analytical insights and capabilities with Molson Coors Business partners. You will evaluate new data sets requested by business stakeholders, develop the processes to load and prepare the data for use by data science teams, and ensure business objectives are met through analytics. This work may be conducted directly by this team member or through partnership with internal and external team members. In addition, this team member will enable other functions to self-service analytics and insights through design, development and implementation of analytical approaches and visualization/reporting capabilities to deliver actionable insights. Finally, this role is expected to build strong relationships with Business and IT partners, data scientists, and other key resources that rely on analytics and data and ensure that both are made available to all functions that can benefit from it. The responsibilities include working with analytical tools and methodologies to bring together and interrogate multiple big data sets to deliver actionable insights and strategies to the business. Design, develop, deploy, and implement analytical solutions in various areas. Communicate effectively with business and management stakeholders to build out and execute Agile project plans. Develop effective and succinct communication of complex methodologies and insights to senior business leaders through presentation design and communication skills. Work across multiple structured and unstructured datasets from disparate sources. Quality checks to ensure analytics and insights validity and applicability. Lead the development and execution of custom analyses focused on quantitative methods. Adapt and roll-out analytical products or services from individual business areas or countries into the wider Molson Coors Business. The qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, experience with large datasets, proven creative and analytic problem-solving skills, familiarity with agile and/or DevOps ways of working, technical skills in SQL, R, Python, and other languages used in analytics, and advanced knowledge and/or technical skills in several applications such as Data Bricks, Business Objects, MS Excel, Plotly DASH, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce.
