Overview

Senior Electrical Automation Project Engineer / Engineer (PM) located in Milwaukee, WI, within the Technical Services and Support (TS&S) department. Responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling capital projects from $500k up to $20M. Collaborates with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion. Provides a high level of optimization support to drive improvements in energy and water consumption. Reports to the Senior Manager of Electrical, Automation & Controls Design and works closely with Integrated Supply Chain operations teams. What You’ll Be Brewing

Provides advanced project management expertise required to execute projects in accordance with Molson Coors’ project management philosophy (FEL) and financial policies. Includes reviewing alternate delivery methodologies, recommending actions, and determining resource requirements to deliver within budget and schedule. Collaborates with consulting firms and Construction Managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction. Leads project reviews with technical expertise to identify Value Engineering opportunities, delivering high-quality results with minimal operational interruptions and cost efficiency. Subject Matter Expert for Electrical & Automation scope: supports Brewing Design PMs, Packaging Design PMs, and Utility Design PMs across projects. Schedules and leads periodic electrical & automation meetings, publishes minutes, and refines the business case for stage-gate approval. Maintains project expenditure forecasts, provides Estimates at Completion, and delivers projects to customer satisfaction. Travel up to 30%. Key Ingredients (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (5+ years). At least 6 years of experience in a sanitary食品 production environment with a proven track record in high-speed, high-volume packaging or process manufacturing. Expertise with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) or Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with a bias for action and delivering results with integrity. Thirst for learning and alignment with Molson Coors core values.
