We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team within the Finance & Business Operations Function. As a key team member of a high-visibility organization, this role will provide both technical and operational support to Cloudflares Global Commissions Program & Strategy, in close collaboration with the Sales Compensation Design team, GTM Finance, and Sales Operations teams. Responsibilities Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Compensation Plans, Incentive Statements, and commission payments for Cloudflares Global Sales organization. Serve as a trusted partner to the Sales Team by resolving inquiries, clarifying plan policies, and managing disputes with empathy and a customer-first mindset. Drive alignment amongst cross-functional stakeholders and project manage timely collection of key calculation inputs such as quotas, organizational updates, attainment data. Own sales performance analytics by uncovering actionable insights and enhancing systematic visibility for Sales leadership and key business stakeholders. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support ongoing configuration, design, and enhancements within the Varicent ICM platform. Collaborate with the Sales Compensation Design team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed plan changes and ensure timely, accurate implementation. Develop and scale standardized processes, documentation, and desktop procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across all commission-related workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, Consulting, Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Sales Compensation experience. Experience in a growth technology company is a plus. You are a highly detail-oriented, data-driven truth-seeker with a passion for uncovering discrepancies, identifying edge cases, and validating complex calculations to ensure precision and accuracy. Demonstrated expertise in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making. Firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow, including plan document distribution; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution. Proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing business partners. You are comfortable interfacing with business partners outside of your direct team, and understand the rigor and caliber of deliverables required to work with them. Communication: Clear, concise communicator; ability to synthesize complex data or business problems into actionable information to drive results. Operations: You seek out efficiency, leveraging tools, automation or other means to scale process and deliver more accurate results. Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, zooming in with good attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind. Project Management: Results-oriented, self-starter, organized, team-focused, and a strong work ethic, leveraging relationships to ensure deadlines are met. Experience with the Varicent ICM tool is a plus.
