Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with your team and contribute to achieving store goals.
Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have retail experience or are eager to learn (practice makes perfect).
You are at least 16 years of age.
