Certified Nursing Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and support. Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families. Assist with feeding, ensuring residents receive appropriate nutrition. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Document care provided and other relevant information in electronic medical records (EMR). Follow infection control protocols and adhere to facility policies and procedures. Provide assistance with therapeutic and recreational activities as needed. Support the nursing team in all aspects of resident care. Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of Oregon. Valid CPR/BLS certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
