Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Specialist
to support our HR team in daily operations, employee support, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career looking to gain hands-on experience across various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, and employee relations. Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity. Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures. Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Support payroll and benefits administration processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12 years of experience in an HR support role or internship. Basic knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs. Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job doneregardless of task or title. Preferred Qualifications
Experience using HR software or systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP). Exposure to recruitment or employee relations tasks. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
