What You'll Do: - Provide daily care, comfort, and supervision for toddlers (12-24 months)
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Complete observations and developmental assessments for each child
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents-both in writing and in person
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and loving environment
- Lift up to 40 lbs and engage in regular bending, squatting, kneeling, and active movement
- Work as part of a collaborative, positive team
- High school diploma or higher
- CDA preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed child care setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to see and hear all children at all time
