Senior Director, Integrated Business Planning
The Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the IBP process across the enterprise. This leader ensures strategic alignment, facilitates scenario planning, and enables executive decision-making that balances growth, cost, service, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the IBP process to align demand, supply, portfolio, and financial plans.
Facilitate monthly executive IBP meetings, ensuring clear decision-making and documented actions.
Integrate portfolio reviews, demand forecasts, and supply constraints into a unified business plan.
Implement scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and risks.
Partner with Finance to align IBP outputs with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Ensure data integrity, KPI visibility, and stakeholder accountability in the IBP process.
Establish and enforce governance structures for the IBP process, ensuring accountability across all functions.
Integrate risk management and contingency planning into all IBP cycles.
Develop capability roadmaps to mature IBP processes in alignment with industry best practices.
Champion data-driven decision-making with advanced analytics and scenario modeling tools.
Lead training and change management to ensure widespread adoption of IBP methodologies.
Collaborate with IT to enhance IBP systems integration with ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Organizational Context This role operates within Ashley's unified Supply Chain Planning organization, reporting to the VP Supply Chain Planning who oversees both Demand and Supply Planning functions. The Senior Director will work closely with the Demand Planning team and other supply chain functions to drive integrated planning excellence and support Ashley's continued growth and operational excellence.
