Job Description
Pay Range: $105.34hr - $110.34hr Responsibilities
Serve as a collaborative partner to Legal, Engineering, Supply, and Scaled Operations teams to support daily operational needs. Establish and maintain operational rhythms, including stakeholder management, project tracking, documentation, and process improvement. Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate regulatory workflows—leveraging AI and technology to boost efficiency. Align with Policy, Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to deliver impactful and measurable results. Partner with cross-functional leaders to explore, test, and roll out new tools, including AI-enabled solutions. Analyze operational and regulatory risks, identify strategic opportunities, and build reporting and tool infrastructure to support compliance needs. Lead change management initiatives and document best practices to improve efficiency and scalability. Requirements
8+ years of progressive work experience in operations, management consulting, regulatory operations, or project management. Experience leading compliance, regulatory, or operational programs at scale with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Looker (or similar tools). Proven ability to translate business and compliance challenges into system and process solutions. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation and change management experience. Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Preferred
Experience with CRM or workflow tools (Salesforce, Asana, Airtable). Exposure to AI-enabled tools in compliance, legal, or operational settings. Background supporting frontline operations teams through tool enablement and process rollout.
