We're seeking an
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in property management and real estate. This role will manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, and department workflow, while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You’ll Do
Provide executive-level administrative support (calendar, travel, expenses, invoices). Draft, proof, and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls with seamless logistics. Maintain organized document and filing systems (SharePoint, OneDrive). Act as a liaison with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in commercial real estate. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with technology and new systems. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative team mindset. Ability to exercise discretion, manage confidential information, and work independently. Location & Schedule
