Provides technology leadership, support and expertise to guide users to the most efficient and effective scheduling system project design choices. Directs and manages projects from initial request to design, build and implementation phases. Duties & Responsibilities

Establishes project team and provides leadership in scope definition, analysis of best practice, data collection, status reports and timelines, meeting schedules and agendas. Collaborates with Information Services project team to design, build and test functionality and integration. Develops and conducts focused surveys and/or gap analyses related to technology projects including adoption readiness and post-implementation success. Analyzes, interprets and summarizes data and produces detailed reports. Develops documents and educational materials detailing new workflow, policies and guidelines. Develops and implements group and individualized end-user informatics training and support during project go-live phases. Serves as subject matter expert in scheduling and front-end operations applications. Manages and oversees technology project requests for changes to scheduling system tools and interfaced applications. Initiates and manages the design, build, and implementation of new schedules and revisions. Maintains standardization of scheduling system design and build to ensure consistency in reports, appointment access and availability, system navigations, and application utilization. Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, related information management field or a clinical area of study. Minimum of four (4) years professional-level IT experience within IT Support Services, including end-user technical and troubleshooting support with computer hardware, software in desktop and networking environments via telephone, ticketing systems and/or onsite resolution. Demonstrated experience with information system design and implementation in outpatient services or related health care facilities. To Apply
