Handling tax in such a large, sophisticated organization takes more than just a technical understanding of current tax practices. As a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. Lead tax planning projects for a diverse client base, providing up-to-date tax advice that clients can rely on. Manage and guide teams, fostering a collaborative culture where information is shared across colleagues. Analyze evolving portfolios of increasingly complex tax operations to provide meaningful business insights. Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these to clients. Develop clear, intelligent plans to improve clients’ tax activities. Research clients’ business operations to tailor advice to their specific needs and build long-lasting relationships. Supervise a motivated team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to reach their potential. Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience within a professional services environment. Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, and acquisition/disposition planning and structuring. Experience managing budgets, people and projects. Business development within the market. A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context. The ability to prioritize multiple complex projects. Strong influencing skills and the confidence to question existing processes. Willingness to travel as needed, and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment. CPA qualification or member of a state bar. What we look for

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
