Overview
The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) will shape the firm’s investment philosophy, oversee portfolio management, and lead a high-performing investment team. This role focuses on delivering innovative strategies for sophisticated clients, optimizing the investment platform, and representing the firm’s investment vision. CIO Key Responsibilities
Set and execute investment strategy and portfolio construction for UHNW clients. Lead investment research, due diligence, and platform enhancements across traditional and alternative asset classes. Represent the firm’s investment philosophy in client meetings and public forums. Recruit, mentor, and develop top-performing investment professionals. Collaborate with leadership to support advisor transitions and new client onboarding. CIO Qualifications
10+ years of senior investment leadership, preferably in an RIA or multi-family office environment. Expertise in managing complex, multi-asset-class portfolios, including alternatives. Advanced degree or credentials such as CFA, CIMA, or CFP preferred. Proven experience building scalable investment platforms and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication, public speaking, and client-facing skills. Seniority level
