Overview

Role: Planning & Operations, Senior Manager. Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the Customer Success organization. Develop and manage detailed project plans, facilitate decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate performance, transformation, and customer value. Requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, storytelling, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

Own and drive high-priority transformational initiatives from leadership, balancing multiple priorities. Develop strategy and plans for key initiatives, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (including go-to-market strategies, incentive strategies, and broader transformation). Create actionable project plans and lead regular stakeholder meetings to drive and track execution. Communicate and socialize the fiscal year strategy, plan, and performance, including storytelling to various levels of the organization. Conduct deep-dive business analyses to uncover insights, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate data into actionable narratives. Develop and communicate compelling recommendations to stakeholders and leaders, influencing decision-making. Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and teams; create executive-level PowerPoint materials to convey ideas or decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business solutions and outline next steps for execution; build and maintain relationships across the organization to obtain necessary information and support. Qualifications & Experience

8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate planning, or business transformation at a high-growth technology company. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable impact. Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills; fluent in frameworks, operating models, and financial drivers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including executives. Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across matrixed teams. Strategic and creative thinker who can see the big picture and dive into details as needed. Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer value. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with high-quality results within timelines.
