Overview
Role: Planning & Operations, Senior Manager. Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the Customer Success organization. Develop and manage detailed project plans, facilitate decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate performance, transformation, and customer value. Requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, storytelling, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive high-priority transformational initiatives arising from the leadership team, balancing various priorities.
Develop strategy and plans for key initiatives, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Projects may include organizational vision, go-to-market strategies, incentive strategies, transformational initiatives, or broader transformation across the Customer Success organization.
Create actionable project plans and hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to drive and track execution of key initiatives.
Craft, communicate, and socialize the fiscal year strategy, plan, and performance of the organization, including storytelling to various levels of the organization.
Conduct deep-dive business analysis to uncover insights, evaluate tradeoffs on business performance, and translate data into narratives that drive action.
Develop compelling recommendations and communicate them effectively to stakeholders and leaders, influencing decision-making.
Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and various levels within their teams.
Create executive-level presentations to clearly communicate ideas, recommendations, or decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business solutions and outline next steps for execution, building relationships across the organization to obtain required information and support.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate planning, or business transformation at a high-growth technology company.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills; fluent in frameworks, operating models, and financial drivers.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across matrixed teams.
Strategic and creative thinker who can see the big picture and connect dots while also deep-diving into details.
Problem solver capable of quickly identifying business challenges and designing effective solutions.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer value.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities to deliver high-quality results on time.
