25025090) Description Executive Director of iSynergy Organizational Readiness is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for change management, organizational design, workforce transition, stakeholder assessment and engagement, training, and communications to support the organizational objectives aligned with AdventHealth's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative, iSynergy, TalentCare and other transformational projects as assigned. The Executive Director leads a team and collaborates with technical and functional project teams, shared services operation teams, and other corporate departments to ensure successful realization of the transformation project. The role leads a team focused on the people side of the iSynergy implementation and creates conditions for a smooth transition to changes with minimal resistance while maximizing enthusiasm to adapt to the change. This position operates within a large-scale implementation project with tight deadlines and competing priorities. The individual leads the team responsible for readiness activities, assessing change impacts, communicating changes, developing and delivering training, and coordinating readiness plans with facility stakeholders. Full Time Shift : Monday – Friday The role you’ll contribute: The Executive Director of iSynergy Organizational Readiness is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for change management, organizational design, workforce transition, stakeholder assessment and engagement, training, and communications to support the organizational objectives aligned with AdventHealth's ERP initiative, iSynergy, TalentCare and other transformational projects as assigned. The Executive Director is responsible for leading a team and ensuring collaboration with technical and functional project teams, shared services operation teams, and other corporate departments as needed to ensure successful realization of the transformation project. The Executive Director will lead a team focused on the people side of the iSynergy implementation and will be instrumental in creating conditions for a smooth transition to changes with least resistance from end users while maximizing enthusiasm to adapt to the change. Position is within a large-scale implementation project with tight deadlines and competing priorities. The individual leads a team responsible for planning readiness activities, assessing change impacts, communicating changes, developing and delivering training, and working with facility stakeholders to consult and execute readiness plans. The value you’ll bring to the team: Leads and coordinates activities in the organizational readiness workstream including change management, communications, training, organization design and workforce transition Leads deliverables, manages project plan, status report, resources, issues, etc.; monitors, quality reviews, and approves team deliverables Responsible for end-to-end design, delivery, and implementation of change, training, communications, organizational design, and workforce transition providing strategic advice, tactical support, risk identification, escalation and mitigation Provides an integrated/holistic view across projects and programs assigned and/or impacting assigned projects and organizational changes to influence portfolio timing, project deliverable timing and execution Leads strategy and execution for structured methodology and activities across the project to include but not limited to:

Assessments to measure and analyze initial, incremental, and post project stakeholder engagement Organizational design across facilities, regions, and departments aligned to project strategy Stakeholder and change impact identification and mitigation Workforce transition support for all user / stakeholder groups Technical business role identification, clarification, and mapping Leadership and stakeholder engagement and alignment Communications End user training curriculum and content development Formal and informal training delivery, logistics, and administration

Defines priorities, resources, roles, and responsibilities for team efforts; actively coaches team members Participates in status review meetings with iSynergy project management and provides timely feedback to team; ensures linkages with other project activities; participates in project team meetings; serves as a liaison between organizational readiness team and other teams regarding questions/issues Facilitates and coordinates communication with key internal stakeholders, including functional and technical project teams, data security, project management, training, communications, and functional corporate departments Responsible for the development and maintenance of the overall iSynergy organizational readiness strategy; leads the overall strategy and the facility-specific readiness needs Consults and coaches executive leaders and project leaders on readiness preparation, execution of methodology, and leveraging existing best practices Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change processes within the organizational readiness work plan Qualifications

The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed : EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of experience leading change management related activities Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Possesses strong understanding of how people go through change and the change process Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with business representatives and key leaders Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and work effectively at all levels in an organization Possesses strong skills in the area of communication, organization, prioritization, and managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines Proficiency in leading others through influence and relationship building Ability to operate in a highly complex and matrix environment with multiple priorities EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Master’s degree in related field of study Experience working in healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting Experience working in change management for large-scale initiative; ERP experience a plus Exposure to project management LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Certification related to change management
