Salary Range: $52,000 to $68,000 Position Summary Description: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding efforts to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role manages the end-to-end recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection using industry best practices and a data-driven approach to strengthen the company’s employment brand. In addition to recruitment, this position oversees the planning and administration of onboarding, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires. The role supports HR processes across the company, maintains compliance with policies and employment laws, and provides responsive support to managers and employees as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including requisition creation, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the selection process. Manages job postings, applicant pipelines, and candidate communication to ensure timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience. Partners with managers to define job qualifications and provide guidance on recruitment and onboarding best practices. Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various recruiting tools. Markets the organization to potential employees and communicates company benefits and expectations. Networks with industry and community groups to enhance recruiting efforts and build brand presence, including career fairs and high school and college outreach. Facilitates new hire onboarding, including pre-employment requirements, background checks, reference checks, orientation, and completion of I-9s, policy acknowledgments, and other required documentation. Communicates key employment information during onboarding, such as policies, expectations, and benefits overview. Maintains and updates job descriptions, recruiting documentation, and onboarding records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensures all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and Affirmative Action requirements. Prepares and processes personnel records, HR forms, and reports while maintaining strict confidentiality. Provides administrative and clerical support to the HR team as needed. Demonstrates and upholds the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all responsibilities. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Human Resources or a closely related field. Days/Hours of Work
: Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. May require work beyond regular hours and occasional participation in company functions or events.
