Posted Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 4:00 PM Salary Range: $68,000 - $89,000 annual Position Summary Description: Manages and coordinates activities of employees concerned with stocking, replenishing, order selection, customer service and shipping of products and materials from vendors to customers. Manages employee's safety, equipment, and the warehouse. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates activities of employees concerned with safety, stocking, replenishing, and order selection. Oversees and directs employees safe handling of items received, stored, and shipped. Reviews records for accuracy, productivity measurement, and compliance with established procedures of all functions in forklift operations and will call. Works to resolve discrepancies, traces history movement of items to determine reasons for discrepancies, and recommends remedial actions. Plans, schedules, and adjusts labor requirements as necessary to meet the daily demands of the various functions to enhance customer satisfaction, employee morale, and company profits. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Works with the Oahu warehouse manager, Oahu assistant managers, and employees to document standard operating procedures for Day Operations. Creates and executes training plans that aligns training needs with business objectives. Creates development plans with specific benchmark goals for Daytime Supervisors. Responsible for ensuring all supervisors achieve those goals within a specific time frame. Monitor the Daily Shortage Report for items that are out of stock and adjust the receiving schedule to facilitate receiving those items. Manages in a way that promotes continual improvement in the Distribution Center's processes, procedures, and total numbers. Places primary emphasis on receiving inbound inventory timely and replenishing inventory to prepare the Distribution Center for the evening picking operation. Oversees inventory conversion spreadsheet and is responsible for operation portion. Monitors to ensure accuracy and timely inventory conversions are processed. Inspects the physical condition of warehouse and equipment. Prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment. Performs similar and related duties as assigned by Oahu Warehouse manager. Uses the Company’s Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as their guiding principles. Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; counseling employees, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Direct reports include Replenishment Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, Forklift Operator, Will Call. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and/or Five to eight years of distribution or warehouse experience, preferably in the foodservice industry. Three years supervisory experience highly preferred. Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
