Own revenue growth end-to-end. This is a true leadership role spanning strategy and execution: build the GTM motion, scale broker distribution (wholesale and retail), stand up the operating cadence, and hire/develop a high-performing team. We’re looking for a

strategic systems thinker

who designs repeatable processes, instruments the funnel, and drives predictable GWP with improving unit economics. What you’ll do

Set GTM strategy: ICP/segmentation, territories and coverage, producer scorecards, quotas, and incentive design Scale broker distribution nationally: appoint and activate wholesalers and key retail networks; increase submissions and quote-to-bind Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team across BD/sales/partnerships; institute weekly pipeline and quarterly planning rhythms Stand up RevOps discipline: CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, funnel metrics, capacity models, and 3–4× pipeline coverage Partner with underwriting and product to tune appetite, pricing signals, and portal/API roadmap based on field feedback Launch repeatable growth plays with marketing (ABM, campaigns, roadshows, co-marketing) and expand digital distribution (marketplaces, aggregators, embedded/API) Develop alliances with networks, platforms, and strategic partners; collaborate with carrier/reinsurer capacity on growth plans and reporting Report performance to leadership/board; manage budgets and deliver plan-to-actuals What you’ll bring

10+ years in commercial/specialty insurance revenue or distribution leadership (MGA, specialty carrier, or high-growth insurtech) Track record scaling national broker channels (wholesale and retail) and delivering triple-digit growth at scale Systems thinker with a bias to operationalize: GTM design, territory models, comp plans, RevOps instrumentation, and cadence Strong network across wholesalers, retail networks, and platforms; credible with broker principals and C-suite Data-driven operator with crisp communication; comfortable presenting to boards, investors, and capacity partners
