VP Revenue — High Growth Digital MGA We are partnered with a high growth digital MGA with fast paced growth, strong valuations, and an exceptional product roadmap. The mandate is to hire a VP Revenue to architect and lead the next phase of scale across new business, partnerships, and customer expansion. Confidential search. Direct access to the CEO and board. The company aims to take the business through an exceptional phase of growth with a view to exiting in the next few years. What you will do
Own the revenue strategy across direct sales, broker and wholesaler channels, and embedded distribution with API-based partnerships Build and lead teams across sales, partnerships, account management, marketing, and revenue operations Design territory plans, quota models, compensation, and enablement that raise productivity and shorten cycle times Install forecasting rigor, stage definitions, pipeline coverage targets, and inspection cadences in Salesforce or similar Partner with underwriting, product, and claims to package offers that balance growth, loss ratio, and unit economics Lead pricing and deal quality decisions with clear guardrails and retention and lifetime value in mind Establish executive relationships with key brokerages, carriers, platforms, and ecosystem partners Hire, coach, and develop high performing talent and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What success looks like in the first year
Repeatable new logo acquisition with healthy conversion from first meeting to close Expansion programs that lift net revenue retention and reduce churn Forecast accuracy within tight tolerance and a predictable quarterly rhythm A productive partner ecosystem delivering sourced and influenced revenue with low conflict A pipeline that supports the annual plan with adequate coverage by segment and region What you bring
Proven leadership of revenue in insurance or insurtech with regulated products Deep knowledge of broker and MGA distribution and comfort selling to carrier and brokerage executives Experience scaling from early traction to durable growth while protecting unit economics Strong command of revenue operations, data, and systems Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with underwriting, product, and finance Clear, direct communication and a builder mindset Why this opportunity
