We need a Facilities leader who can transform empty buildings into thriving educational environments—on time, on budget, and at scale. This role is about creating the physical foundation for our educational expansion, not merely maintaining existing spaces. What You Will Be Doing
Leading our facilities strategy across 25-30 new campus launches — overseeing site selection, renovations, compliance, and operational readiness Building and implementing standardized facility playbooks that balance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness Managing relationships with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Collaborating directly with founders and functional leads to align facility capabilities with educational requirements Leveraging technology and automation to create scalable facility management systems that support rapid growth What You Won’t Be Doing
Maintaining status quo facilities—this role is about rapid scaling, not incremental improvements Waiting for perfect information—make decisive calls with the data available Managing single-site projects—coordinate parallel development across multiple geographies Implementing someone else\'s vision—you\'ll design the facilities blueprint for our national expansion Navigating bureaucracy—you\'ll have direct access to decision-makers and resources Key Responsibilities
Own and execute our facilities strategy across 25-30 new campus launches, ensuring each location is educationally effective, operationally efficient, and ready to deliver our innovative learning model at scale. Basic Requirements
We need a facilities leader who can operate with speed, precision, and unwavering focus on results. You Should Bring
At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Proven track record managing multi-site facility operations or development projects in high-growth environments Demonstrated expertise in facility compliance, vendor management, and operational systems development Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive parallel workstreams across multiple geographies U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel ~1 week/month Proficiency with project management tools and willingness to leverage AI solutions to accelerate delivery About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
