Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation. The Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements. You’ll be closely working with Business & Systems Analysts, MuleSoft developers and other Technology & Marketing groups on a daily basis. You will be a part of technical design sessions to develop & integrate technical solutions to the best leverage Salesforce. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Develop and maintain Salesforce integration with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Create workflows, triggers, and page layouts to meet business requirements. Customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Perform data migrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Manage large datasets and optimize data architecture for performance. Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements. Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing. Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom development and integrations. Identify and address performance bottlenecks. Implement Salesforce development best practices and ensure scalability of solutions. Required Skills
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security principles. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware for system integrations. Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado. Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Plus
