Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives, leveraging
Workday Adaptive Planning
to drive efficiency and strategic insights. Position Overview
The FP&A Manager will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing management reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, proven leadership ability, and hands-on experience with
Workday Adaptive Planning . Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles using
Workday Adaptive Planning . Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis. Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, highlighting KPIs, variances, and trends. Partner with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations. Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial systems, and reporting tools. Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and ad-hoc analyses. Mentor and guide junior FP&A analysts. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus). 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including management responsibilities. Hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (required). Strong Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
