Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across multi-site operations. The ideal candidate is a proven financial leader with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. Deliver clear financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations to leadership. Build dashboards, models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making. Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Drive process improvements in FP&A systems, tools, and reporting. Mentor and develop finance team members. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred). 7+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience, ideally in multi-site operations. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP/accounting systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills. High ethical standards and commitment to organizational values.
