The opportunity is to innovate with SAP, delivering strategic solutions to transform manufacturing operations and improve cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. In our Technology practice, a Senior Manager will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze models, processes, and operations, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis. Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, aligned with client objectives. Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities with strong business acumen and staying abreast of current business and industry trends. Delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed. Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust. Leading and mentoring diverse teams, providing feedback and coaching; fostering an innovative, inclusive environment. Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively meeting client needs. Skills and Attributes for Success

On engagements, you will understand stakeholder needs, advise on SAP capabilities, initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and complete workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements definition. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred. Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience. At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or system configuration role. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, benchmarking, and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel up to 40-60%. Experience in technology cost-benefit analyses and familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Skills in training design and delivery. Ideally, prior consulting industry experience. SAP certifications. Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP. Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) focusing on PP; experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation with SAP MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and SAP QM; hands-on SAP PP configuration. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specs; experience writing and executing test scripts. Experience writing and delivering end-user training materials. Knowledge of SAP PP integration with FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, Materials Management. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and product lifecycle management; experience with Make to Stock and Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models. What We Offer
