As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay informed on industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes to deliver high-quality client services. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust. Lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams; provide feedback and coaching; foster an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment while mentoring junior consultants. Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing ways to meet client needs; cultivate long-term client relationships across EY practices. Skills & Attributes for Success

On typical engagements, understand stakeholder needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and complete workflow and documentation, including functional design and configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Thrive with a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and deliver results. Key skills include: Strong technical skills in application functional design and defining technology business requirements. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience. At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within functional consulting or system configuration. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members. Knowledge of best practices in supply chain, with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain-specific technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies. Willingness to travel (40-60%). Experience in technology cost-benefit analyses and familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks. Skills in training design and delivery. Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP. Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) implementations in PP; experience with MRP and integrating SAP PP with MES and QM. Hands-on SAP configuration in PP; experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specs. Experience writing and executing test scripts and training materials for end users. Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, and Materials Management. Understanding of manufacturing operations, PLM, and Make to Stock / Make/Engineer/Configure to Order models. What We Look For
