Spearhead your campus's complete enrollment journey—from initial parent inquiry through waitlist management Craft and deliver information sessions and personalized conversations that convert interested parents into Alpha advocates Engage with the campus community through on-site presence and local events Establish strategic partnerships with community organizations to amplify Alpha’s presence Analyze and report insights on parent perspectives, conversion metrics, and regional growth opportunities Maintain a robust waitlist and manage enrollment initiatives with authentic relationship development What You Won’t Be Doing

Implementing formulaic sales tactics or impersonal outreach Compromising Alpha’s educational standards or mission for enrollment Taking a hands-off approach to relationship-building Working remotely-only without active community immersion Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a robust waitlist of 150+ students for your campus through authentic relationship development and consistent engagement. Basic Requirements

Current residence within commuting distance to one of our campus locations: Scottsdale, AZ; San Francisco or Santa Barbara, CA; Palm Beach, FL; or New York City, NY Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Minimum 5 years of experience working with families in educational settings, community outreach, or enrollment management Superior written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated ability to establish trust and facilitate complex decision-making Genuine alignment with Alpha’s accelerated, high-standards educational philosophy About Alpha

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position. The role requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.
