Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong lifecycle marketing expertise, analytical skills, and proficiency with martech platforms. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, data scientists, and analytics partners to execute and continuously optimize go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, in-product display, push, and SMS, ensuring optimal segmentation, cadence, frequency, and sequencing.
Partner with data science and operations teams to leverage behavioral data, models, and AI for effective segmentation and targeting.
Own deliverables, deadlines, and campaign automation in platforms including Eloqua, Marketo, Quickbase, and Campaign Manager to drive conversion, unit growth, and revenue.
Lead A/B and multivariate testing, build measurement plans, and track progress against KPIs to inform ongoing optimizations.
Translate customer insights and data into actionable roadmaps and measurable GTM strategies.
Partner with GTM managers, product marketing, marketing ops, creative, and development teams to deliver campaigns aligned with lifecycle marketing goals.
Engage effectively with teams outside of marketing to move projects forward and deliver business impact.
Must Have Skills 6+ years of experience in B2C or B2B lifecycle/CRM marketing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in campaign logic, data mapping, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience with martech platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, Campaign Manager preferred).
Excellent executional, time management, and project management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, competing priorities, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable partnering with technical teams to leverage data, AI, and martech stack capabilities.
Agile mindset with the ability to iterate, test, and optimize campaigns against business KPIs.
Preferred Experience Experience creating long-term learning agendas to refine lifecycle marketing strategies.
Familiarity with advanced segmentation, modeling, and orchestration across channels.
