Design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management and OTL modules to meet business requirements. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance. Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed. Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides. Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies. Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules. Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments. Experience working in or supporting the construction industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules. Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems. Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementations. Proven work experience as an Oracle Architect or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle database solutions, including Oracle Database 12c or higher. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and performance tuning. Experience with Oracle database design, including schema design, indexing, and partitioning. Familiarity with Oracle data integrations and ETL processes. Understanding of software development methodologies and principles. Additional Notes
